I grew up in Vermont with my father, who was a builder, and landed in Durham over 20 years ago. I own a beautiful old home in downtown Durham where my 4 kids were raised. I put quite a bit of love and sweat equity into my house and understand how much of an investment it can be.

 

My oldest son, Isaak, works full time with me now and my two older kids also work with me sometimes. Having a family business gives me the ability to stay close to my kids and help them get a good start learning to work hard toward achieving their dreams.

It's important to me that I do a job to the best of my ability. I don't shrink from difficult repairs and enjoy thinking outside the box to come up with ways to handle unique or older home designs gutter installations and repairs.

 

My concern is for your home to stay clean and dry. I chose gutters as a specialty because they protect homeowners from damaging water rot that brings down the value of their home in addition to mold, which can cause illness in susceptible populations.

I grew up in Durham, learning all kinds of things from my Father, Justin; carpentry and handyman skills for starters.  I worked on many houses alongside him while I was growing up.

 

Being home-schooled as a kid, I learned to live in the moment and work at whatever interested me.  I landed on a family business after I finished up high school. I truly enjoy meeting interesting people from all walks of life. I find great reward working for them, making their beautiful homes a little bit (sometimes a lot) better, safer and less prone to weather damage.
